Linkshell Discipline (NEW RULES) Empty

Ok the linskhell has been operating for approximately five months now, and we have grown into a great linkshell which has a great knowledgeable player base, and we certainly have grasped the limbus experience.

Part of co-leading a limbus shell, which me and Deserray have the honour of doing is learning how to run the shell efficiently and effectively. Unfortunately part of it is the disciplinary areas too.

Over the past few months we have had to deal with some of the greyer areas of linkshell leadership. That includes how to address conflict between linkshell members, aswell as silly mistakes which have cost us dearly.

To this end, me and Deserray have sat down and thought about how to handle areas these disciplinary areas. The following is a list of the common mistakes and how these will be punished.

Please note most of these are listed in the “List of Rules” thread on the forum but below is a list to re-emphasize these points:

Level 1 Punishments

Going AFK after the gather together time has started – Lv1 1

Going AFK right before we enter – Lv1 1

Going AFK during the run – Lvl 1

Going AFK and not passing the limbus chips immediately – Lvl 1

Going AFK during a coin distribution – Lv 1 (and half coins)

Forgetting to buy the Cosmo Cleanse Lv 1 – Lv 2 (If you are a key job)

Not listening to an alliance switch command – this is just wasting limbus time and reducing everyones chance to get more limbus coins.- Lv 1

Level 2 Punishments

Pulling a mob in a zone before everyone has entered – Lv2 (this can put the whole run at risk)

Opening a proto-ultima floor 4 chest – Lv2 (this could put 3 weeks worth of limbus runs down the pan)

Opening the final chest (Do not do this) – we need certain chips to be held by certain people and we need those to be prepared to lot them – Lv2

Insulting other linkshell members personally in terms of their gear / attitude or style of play will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with someone, then talk to Hullcitytaru or Deserray after the run. – Lv2

Level 3 Punishments

Your attitude outside of limbus times also has a reflection on the cohesion and reputation of our shell. If you do cause an arse of yourself outside of the shell then you are putting what you have earned from our shell at risk too. - Ranges from a lv1 – to a lv3

The consequences of each of the levels

The levels of punishment add up, so if you commit say a level 1 offence, and then another level 1 offence, then you are effectively as a level 2 state of punishment,

Being Level 1: This is your only warning – you will be on level 1 for the next 15 runs.

Being Level 2:

You will remain at level 2 for the next 25 runs – once over this will be removed.

In addition the following will apply:
You will not be eligible to lot at the next proto (which relates to the gear you seek)
You will not be eligible to take part in the 75 coin item distribution.
On the run that you reach level 2, you will receive no coins.

Being Level 3

Leaders discretion: We will either kick you, or initiate a bespoke punishment.
